  • Southern California Remote Lab: Installed Lab Raman analyzer with liquid autosampler in a remote unit so that routine samples can be quickly analyzed by the operator
  • Singapore (Naphtha, Platformate, Heavy/Light Gas Oils, Raffinate, Ethylene Cracker): Installed 3x on-line analyzers in conjunction with Platform for Advanced Control and Estimation (PACE) – to optimize the different units
  • Gasoline Blending: Installing ATEX (Zone 0) Mogas blend monitor for final gasoline stream properties in a Taiwan Refinery
  • Diesel Monitoring: Installed on-line analyzer to monitor 3x Diesel streams at a refinery in Alberta Canada
  • Offshore: Installed on-line SO4 analyzer with 2 X, Zone 0, ATEX probes topside for injection water monitoring 1 to 50 ppm SO4.  Located in the Ivar Assen oil and gas field off the cost of Norway in cooperation with Norsk Analyse AS   http://www.norskanalyse.no 
  • Offshore: Fabricating SO4 analyzer for the Appomattox oil field in the Gulf of Mexico.  Topside install for monitoring treated, injection water 1 to 50 ppm SO4 in cooperation with MMR Constructors Inc. http://www.mmrgrp.com/
  • Gasoline Blending: Installed ATEX (Zone 0) Mogas blend monitor for final gasoline stream properties in an Australian refinery in cooperation with Worley Parsons Engineering
  • Gasoline Blending: Installed, Mogas blend monitor for final gasoline stream properties in a Southern California refinery, in cooperation with Jacobs Engineering
  • C-3 Splitter & ISO IV streams: Installed 2 X on-line analyzer (8 streams) for a Mid-West refinery
  • Blend Component Rundowns: Fabricating 7 X, ATEX, Zone 0 blend component probes for an Australian refinery in cooperation with Worley Parsons Engineering
  • Up Stream Refinery Analyzers: Installed 2 X instruments for a total of 17 process stream monitoring in a Bay Area refinery
  • Naphtha Stream Monitoring: Fabricating an online analyze for a Mid-West refinery
  • Crude Unit Optimization: Installing 3 X on-line analyzers (7 streams) for optimizing crude unit towers at a Gulf Coast refinery in cooperation with Ford Bacon and Davis Engineering
  • Lab – Gasoline Component Modeling: Installed, Lab Raman analyzer and modeling 8 gasoline blend components for future on-line Raman instrument at a Texas, Gulf Coast refinery
  • P-Xylene Production: Installed, on-line P-xylene process monitor.  5 X streams, ~8 seconds/stream measurement cycle.  Raman to replace traditional GC analysis with ~ 25-minute cycle time.   Hainan Refinery, China
  • Benzene Fractionator: On-line analysis with multiple (4 X) insertion probes for stream monitoring at an Alabama, Gulf Coast
