For the last two decades, Process Instruments has been building rugged, reliable, frequency stabilized diode lasers to be used in laboratory, research, and OEM Raman instrumentation. We offer both low powered (up to 55mW single mode) and high powered (up to 400mW multi mode) models depending on the requirements of the application. The laser has a narrow line width, long lifetime, as well as excellent frequency and intensity stability compared to unstabilized multi mode diode lasers. However, these devices are inherently not as stable and have as narrow line width when compared to gas or ion lasers. No ASE filtering or optical isolation is required for most applications. The laser is powered with a 12 VDC power supply.
